Antoine became the French territorial facilitator for in-land Pas-de-Calais in 2010. He has a Masters in European territorial development. He has worked in Ireland as well as in Bosnia Herzegovina, helping to prepare institutions for European integration by implementing cross-border projects.

Based in Middelburg in the Province of Zeeland, Nienke has many years of coordinating European projects behind her. She became facilitator for the 2 Seas Programme in 2008.

Oliver is the West of England Territorial Facilitator. With a background in languages, environmental studies and business performance analysis, he read French and Spanish with Translation and Interpreting Studies at university. Oliver went on to work at the Environment Agency Regional Head Office as Regional Business Performance lead, where he started to move in to External Funding and in particular the management of Interreg projects that were being developed by the Agency. Oliver has lived and worked in France and Spain.

Anita Bungaroo has been the South East England territorial facilitator since July 2010. Previous to this, Anita worked for just over two years as Interreg Officer for the International team at Brighton & Hove City Council, and also worked as Interreg coordinator for a IVA Channel project. In addition, she has worked as Acting International Officer, a post which focuses on supporting schools to develop their international links.

Michelle is the East of England Territorial Facilitator. She is a European policy and funding programme specialist and has worked in this field of expertise for the last 7 years, including five years as a Senior European Policy and Programmes Officer for the East of England Local Government Association. Michelle has also worked in Northern Germany and in Paris. She was awarded her Masters Qualification in European Project Development, Negotiation and Evaluation from La Sorbonne University in Paris.
